Clinton, Missouri hosts Crappie Masters Classic on Truman Lake in 2010
The Clinton Convention & Visitors Bureau had the priviledge of hosting the 2010 Bass Pro Shops Crappie Masters National Championship. Nearly 500 anglers from 21 states fished the Classic. We look forward to hosting another Crappie Masters qualifier tournament in June 2011!

We invite anglers and their families to fully experience Truman Lake and the Clinton area during your stay. Visit our historic downtown, which includes the largest downtown square in the state. Tour the Henry County Museum, take a stroll on the Katy Trail, and enjoy a swim at the Artesian Pool or Indoor Aquatic Center. For your stay, you'll want to book a hotel, dine at a few of our favorite local restaurants and maybe even visit a few unique shops before heading home. You'll be happy to hear that Clinton, Missouri has plenty of boat parking! Our hotels have boat parking and hook-ups, and many of our restaurants also have ample boat parking. Tournament fishermen are eligible for some great discounts at local businesses!
You may even want to visit the US Army Corps of Engineers online to learn more about Truman Lake and check out the lake levels.
